Texas licenses at the county level: a bail bond board issues the licence, and one is mandatory in the larger counties and optional in the smaller ones. The Department of Insurance handles corporate-surety collateral complaints, and most other questions go to the county board or the sheriff.

Reading Virginia’s rules properly took months, and six of them still went to a lawyer with a question mark on them. We have not done that for Texas. So you will not find a Texas deadline, rate or filing date anywhere on this site, and the software will not calculate one.
